We are pleased to announce that the University of Waikato has launched a $ 1 million scholarship fund.
The scholarships will be awarded to students who can demonstrate academic excellence, have an average result of 80% or equivalent in their previous studies and who intend to begin their studies at the University of Waikato in Semester T 2014 or Semester A or B in 2015.
There are scholarships of up to $10,000 on offer to students from 12 Asian countries with China among the eligible countries. The international scholarships are available for study in any subject and in any faculty which offers pre-degree (foundation), undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
The University of Waikato already has an enviable reputation among international students, with more than 70 countries represented among the student body and 2000 International students studying on campus.
